In order to simplify the book exchange system, the sender pays for shipping. This is extremely inexpensive
when using the USPS (United States Postal Service). They offer a shipping method called "Media Mail" which can be used
for shipping media materials (books, dvds, vhs, etc). Prices for media mail rate are as follows (most paperbacks fall
into the 1st or 2nd category):

Packaging the book can be done inexpensively as well. The easiest packaging for paperback books is to wrap the
book in butcher paper, a brown paper bag, or even a couple of sheets of ordinary computer paper, reinforced with
plenty of packing tape. You can also use padded mailing envelopes or manilla envelopes if properly reinforced
with tape. Address the package (or print one directly from your Requests page), slap a few stamps on it, write
"MEDIA MAIL" on the package, and throw it in your mailbox. Could it be any easier?
